These terms govern your use of the Brotelo platform. By creating an account, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using the Brotelo platform (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to use the platform for professional purposes.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place in your account.
You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and the services you offer. False information may lead to the suspension of your account.
03The free plan and the paid plans
The free plan is available forever, with no payment card required, and includes unlimited bookings, calendar, profile and booking link.
Advanced features are available through the paid plans (Pro and Business). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time, without penalties; you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
04Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the Service for illegal activities, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
05Payments and refunds
Payments for the paid plans and any deposits collected from your clients are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Refunds are granted in accordance with the policy displayed at the time of purchase and with applicable consumer protection legislation.
06Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Brotelo is not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
The relationship between you and your clients, including the provision of home-service work, remains entirely your responsibility.
07Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
